Something Wonderful is a project commissioned by Lincolnshire One Venues (LOV) to celebrate Lincolnshire and to connect its towns and the LOV venues. It is an exploration of the stories and character of a place, seen through the eyes of strangers. Something Wonderful dwells upon the particular and the specific, inspired by things lost and found, second-hand objects, overheard conversations, snatches of sound, fragments, glimpses and everyday strangeness.
Conceived and created by artists Raisin & Willow, Something Wonderful will culminate in an autumnal season of extraordinary events and activities, including exhibits, performances, curiosities and surprises.
Through the spring they are visiting various towns across the county, wandering and wondering, gleaning glimpses, getting lost and finding things.
